Dear guests, We wanted to let you know that we may use air fresheners in our properties to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment. However, we understand that some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to certain scents. If you do not want us to use air fresheners during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. Please note that it may take more than 2 days to fully remove air fresheners from the property. This property is equipped with a Smart TV, but please note that we do not provide cable television services. Guests are welcome to use their own app subscriptions to access streaming services on the TV. The Smart TV is equipped with various streaming apps, but you’ll need your own accounts to access content. Additionally, the property includes a white dehumidifier to help maintain air quality and comfort. Please make sure to empty the water tank after each use, as the machine will stop working once it’s full. To do this, simply remove the water container, pour out the collected water, and place it back securely. Regularly emptying the tank ensures the dehumidifier continues to function properly and prevents water from leaking, which could cause damage to the floor. We also maintain our yard by having it cut every 2-3 weeks. If you find the yard needs attention when you arrive, please let us know. We can arrange for the yard to be cut earlier if needed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you! It is mandatory to provide the complete names of all guests staying at the property after booking. The city enforces this requirement for STR to maintain a guest list. Pool will be open by mid to end of June. This house has a noise monitor to prevent parties. It is located in one corner of the living room. It does not record anything but it alerts me if there is loud music. Disclaimer: Our property in North Carolina is nestled within the natural beauty of its surroundings. As a result, it's possible that on extremely rare occasions, an insect or other pest may be present. We take every measure to maintain a clean and pest-free environment, including preventative pest treatments conducted every two months. However, while the likelihood of encountering pests is exceedingly low, due to the proximity to nature, there is a remote possibility of such encounters. For this reason, we remind all guests and visitors to keep the doors and windows closed at all times to prevent bugs from entering the property. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing any pest issues that may arise to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Guest Access
All areas of the property. There are 2 complimentary parking spaces available directly in front of the property, clearly marked with the house number, for your use. Please park only in these designated spaces, as vehicles parked in other residents' spaces may be towed at the guest's expense. If you have more than two vehicles, street parking is available approximately half a block from the property. We can also provide one visitor parking pass for an additional vehicle to park near the community pool, subject to availability. The visitor pass must be requested at least 14 days before check-in and returned at check-out. A $150 replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned parking pass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool, conveniently located just four houses away from the property. The pool is typically open from mid-June. A pool pass is required for access. Please note that a $200 replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned pool pass.
