The yard is mowed every 2-3 weeks; let us know if it needs attention on arrival, and we’ll arrange it. After booking, all guest names must be provided, as required by the city. Lastly, due to the natural surroundings, there’s a small chance of pest encounters despite regular preventative treatment. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize this.
