While the area has a mix of old and new constructions, as well as some less attractive houses, our duplex has been recently renovated and offers a cozy and modern living space. Please note that the neighborhood can be noisy at times, so it may not be suitable for light sleepers. However, it is a great location for those who want to be close to downtown and all that Durham has to offer. We recommend using a car to get around, as the neighborhood is not very walkable. But with easy access to major highways and downtown Durham just a short drive away, you'll be able to explore all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions the city has to offer.
