This property is equipped with a Smart TV, but please note that we do not provide cable television services. Guests are welcome to use their own app subscriptions to access streaming services on the TV. The Smart TV is equipped with various streaming apps, but you’ll need your own accounts to access content. Please note that this property is part of a duplex. While each unit is fully private with its own entrance, occasional noise from the neighboring unit may be heard. We also maintain our yard by having it cut every 2-3 weeks. If you find the yard needs attention when you arrive, please let us know. We can arrange for the yard to be cut earlier if needed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!
