Dear Guests, We use air fresheners in our properties but can remove them upon request—please let us know in advance, as full removal of scent may take over 2 days. The property has a Smart TV, but cable is not provided. You can log in with your own streaming app subscriptions. The yard is mowed every 2-3 weeks; let us know if it needs attention on arrival, and we’ll arrange it. A noise monitor is in place to prevent parties (no recording, just alerts for loud music). After booking, all guest names must be provided, as required by the city. Lastly, due to the natural surroundings, there’s a small chance of pest encounters despite regular preventative treatment. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize this. Thank you for your understanding! Important: Double-check your dates before booking, as we do not accept alterations to shorten stays.

There are 2 free parking spots in front of the property marked with the house number for your use. Please avoid parking in other properties' spaces to prevent being towed. If you have more than 2 cars, you can park on the street half a block away. We can also provide a visitor parking spot for 1 car in front of the swimming pool upon request. This requires a parking pass, which must be requested 14 days before check-in and returned at check-out. There is a $150 charge for lost or unreturned parking passes. Guests can use the community pool of the neighborhood which is 4 houses away. The pool will be open mid to end of June. Any lost or unreturned pool pass has an additional charge of $200.
