The house is centrally located in Durham, where many older homes are being renovated or replaced. Please note that this property may experience noise due to its surroundings. The street can be loud at night, walls are somewhat thin, and neighbors, including an elderly resident next door who watches TV at high volume, may contribute to the noise. If you are sensitive to sound, this may not be the best fit for you. Also, please be aware that the couches were recently replaced. Lastly, due to the natural surroundings, there’s a small chance of pest encounters despite regular preventative treatment. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize this.
