Dear Guests, We use air fresheners in our properties but can remove them upon request—please let us know in advance, as full removal may take over 2 days. The property has a Smart TV, but cable is not provided. You can log in with your own streaming app subscriptions. The yard is mowed every 2-3 weeks; let us know if it needs attention on arrival, and we’ll arrange it. Firepit use is welcome with your own wood. Cleanup is required, or we can handle it for a $50 fee. After booking, all guest names must be provided, as required by the city. Lastly, due to the natural surroundings, there’s a small chance of pest encounters despite regular preventative treatment. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize this. Thank you for your understanding! Important: Double-check your dates before booking, as we do not accept alterations to shorten stays.
