The property has a Smart TV, but cable is not provided. You can log in with your own streaming app subscriptions. The yard is mowed every 2-3 weeks; let us know if it needs attention on arrival, and we’ll arrange it. The refrigerator on this property does not have a water dispenser. This property has well water (water could be a little yellow sometimes), a septic tank, and satellite internet After booking, all guest names must be provided, as required by the city. Lastly, due to the natural surroundings, there’s a small chance of pest encounters despite regular preventative treatment. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize this.
